Ordering & Shipping
Minimum order quantities vary by product. For bee products, MOQ starts from 100kg. For candles, our MOQ is 500 pieces/boxes. However, we are flexible and can discuss smaller quantities for trial orders.
Our standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. For long-term partners, we can discuss more flexible payment arrangements. We also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders.
Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 20-35 days after order confirmation. The exact timeline depends on the product type, order quantity, and destination port. We will provide a detailed delivery schedule when you place your order.
We primarily use sea freight for bulk orders due to cost-effectiveness. For urgent or small orders, we can arrange air freight. We work with reliable freight forwarders to ensure safe and timely delivery to your designated port or warehouse.
